DPW/Transportation - Further Amend Agreement No. 18-932, with Woodard & Curran Engineering and Geological Services, P.A. P.C., for Engineering Services in connection with Memorial Field Complex Rehabilitation, Phase III - Construction Administration, Mount Vernon, New York in order to: (i) expand the scope of services to provide for additional construction administration services and project close-out associated with this project, (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by an additional $50,000, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $3,256,300, and (iii) retroactively extend the term of the Agreement from 12/31/2023- 12/31/2027.
