Social Services - Enter into an agreement with Child Care Council of Westchester, Inc. to administer scholarship/financial assistance to the following eligible households from 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026, for an amount not to exceed $2,500,000, pursuant to which they will administer and distribute $2,275,000 in scholarships to approximately 325 children and retain $225,000 for programmatic costs.
