Social Services / Information Technology - Exercise the Second Option Term of its agreement with Accuity Asset Verification Services, Inc. for bank clearances, and amend the contract to: (i) extend the term of the Agreement through 9/30/2027; (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by $50,000 for a total aggregate not to exceed amount of $250,000; and (iii) increase the rate payable per report for the extended term.
