DPW/Transportation - Enter into an agreement with CC Vending, Incorporated, Mount Vernon, NY, pursuant to which the CC Vending will provide Countywide Vending Machine Service, Various Locations, Westchester County, New York for a five (5) year period starting on 5/1/2026 through 4/30/2031 for a shared gross revenue percent of thirty eight and two tenths percent (38.2%) with the County having sole option to renew the Agreement for one (5) year renewal period under the same terms and conditions.
