Senior Programs and Services -Amend two grant agreements with the New York State Office for the Aging, to (i) increase the not to exceed amount of the Health Insurance Information, Counseling and Assistance Program Grant for a period from 4/1/2024- 3/31/2025 by $4,293, for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $59,537, for personnel costs associated with the program; and (ii) Increase the not to exceed amount of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act Grant Agreement for a period from 9/1/2024 - 8/31/2025 by $27,619 for an aggregate total amount not to exceed amount of $79,766, to provide additional funding for personnel costs associated with the program.
