Information Technology - (i) Rescind Resolution #113285 adopted on 4/2/2026 and (ii) enter into license agreement IT-1730 with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for the installation, operation, and maintenance of its radio equipment at the County’s radio communication site facilities located at 3800 Compound Road, for a 5-year term, in exchange for which the County will receive a $55,843.45 annual fee, set to increase 5% each year.
