Title: Planning - Enter into an agreement with AltaVista Lead Improvement Inc., and Leopoldo Panjon and Manuel Panjon (the "Property Owner"), pursuant to which the Contractor will make repairs at 31 Kendall Ave in Sleepy Hollow, NY (the "Property") through the Lead Safe Westchester Program. This agreement will be in an amount not to exceed $99,250, for the term commencing on 9/15/25 - 9/14/26. The work will include, but not be limited to, repairing deteriorated areas identified in a lead inspection/risk assessment as well as areas cited in a Westchester County Department of Health ("DOH") violation in response to a child in residence with an elevated blood lead level.
