Health - Further amend an agreement with St. John's Riverside Hospital, to provide the Maternal & Child Health Partnership Pilot Initiative Program to address and improve Black maternal and child health outcomes and reduce racial health inequities in the County, in order to (i) retroactively expand the Agreement's scope of work for the continued support of TeamBirth initiative to reduce C-section rates and enhance pre-birth education, effective 1/1/2026; (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount authorized thereunder by an additional $220,000 to pay for the additional services rendered, for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $880,000; and iii) extend the term of the Agreement from 6/30/2026 to 12/31/2026.
