DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 23-910 with Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C. in order for the County to exercise its two-year option and thereby: (i) extend the term of the Agreement for an additional two (2) year period, commencing on May 1, 2026 and continuing through April 30, 2028; and (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount by an additional amount not-to-exceed $4,000,000 to pay for services rendered during the Option Term, for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $8,000,000.
