Planning - Amend an agreement with CertRebel, LLC, pursuant to which the Provider agreed to provide outreach, EPA training, and certification services for the purpose of increasing the capacity of qualified workers capable of performing lead-based paint repairs, for the period from 10/15/24 - 8/30/26, in an amount not-to-exceed $12,000, in order to increase the not-to-exceed amount authorized thereunder from $12,000 to $34,500, an increase of $22,500.
