Approval of Change Order No. 1 in order to: (i) increase the contract amount by $385,000 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $3,980,595.59, and (ii) extend the completion date to 7/31/2027, to properly address areas of the sidewalk found to be significantly more deteriorated than expected.
