District Attorney - Amend the agreement with Adam Mansky Consulting, LLC, for the provision of consulting services to improve public safety in Westchester County by reducing reoffending and connecting offenders with needed services to help stabilize their behavior and promoting victim safety and healing, for a one-year term commencing upon full execution of the agreement and a not-to-exceed amount of $116,480, with the County having the option to extend the term of the agreement for an additional period of one year, in order for the County to exercise its option to renew the term of the agreement for one additional year, commencing on 7/13/24 - 7/12/25, and increase the not-to-exceed amount by $120,640, to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $237,120.
