Social Services - Amend an agreement (DSS3021-C-22) with Program Design and Development, LLC, for the provision of grant proposal writing services and/or other special projects, for a term, including one-year initial with two (2) one-year renewal terms, commencing on 1/1/22 - 12/31/24, for a total aggregate amount of $60,000, in order to increase the not-to-exceed amount under the agreement by $10,000, for a new amount of $70,000, to compensate Program Design for additional services rendered in the second and last one-year renewal term.
