Parks - Amend License Agreement No. PRC-1459 with Westchester Food Service, Inc., Larchmont, NY, for the operation of the food and refreshment concession at Alfred B. Delbello Muscoot Park, Katonah, New York, for the period from 1/1/20 - 12/31/24, for negotiated annual license fees in the total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $29,000, with the County having the option to extend the agreement for an additional five-year period, in order for the County to exercise its sole option to extend the term of the agreement for an additional period of five (5) years, commencing retroactively on 1/1/25 - 12/31/29.
