College - Amend the resolution approved on 5/21/2026 authorizing an agreement with RingCentral for Cloud Phone Service to the College, in order to: (i) reflect that the Initial Term of the Agreement shall commence retroactively on 3/31/2026 through 9/30/2031; (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount authorized by an additional $23,767.40, for an aggregate total amount not to exceed $682,611.55; and (iii) authorize the County to indemnify RingCentral according to the following indemnification language contained within the Agreement.
