DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 22-911, with Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP, Albany, NY, in order to provide additional Project Management Services for Various Road and Bridge Reconstruction Projects and to change the name of the Consultant from Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP to Creighton Manning Engineering & Surveying PLLC. The Consultant shall provide project management services to assist Department personnel in managing the capital program and reducing the backlog of capital projects awaiting completion and for the additional services rendered, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of $3,000,000 bringing the total fee under the agreement, plus amendment to $6,000,000, for which the completion date of the agreement shall be extended retroactively from 7/31/25 - 7/31/27.
