Planning - Amend its agreement with the Village of Ossining pursuant to which the Village is performing a playground replacement project at Nelson Sitting Park, for a term commencing on April 15, 2025 and continuing through April 14, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding in order to extend the expiration date of the Agreement from April 14, 2026 to April 14, 2027.
