DPW/Transportation - Amend Customer Project Commitment Agreement No. 22-909 with the New York Power Authority in connection with the Chiller, Ice Storage System and Cooling Tower Replacement at the Michaelian Office Building, White Plains, New York (i) expand the scope of services to provide for additional design services, construction management, equipment procurement and installation associated with this project; (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by $15,438,820.19 for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $16,413,820.19; and (iii) extend the term of the CPC from 12/31/2025 through 12/31/2030.
