Title: Information Technology - Amend License Agreement No. IT-1720 (dated 10/25/22) with the State of New York acting by and through the New York State Police ("NYSP"), pursuant to which the County granted the NYSP a license to install antennas and related equipment onto the County Tower and into the County Shelter at the property owned by the County known as the Mountain Lakes Park in the Town of North Salem, NY ("Site") for the installation, operation and maintenance of radio equipment and appurtenant equipment in connection with such use, for a term commencing on 10/25/22 and terminating five (5) years thereafter with the Licensee having the sole option to renew the agreement for an additional five (5) year term upon prior written notice to the County, in order to permit the NYSP to modify its equipment at the Site to add a low profile cellular subscriber antenna onto the County's transmission line support ice bridge and adding associated equipment in the County Shelter.
