DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 21-936, with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C., NY, NY for Engineering Services in connection with the Pumping Station Rehabilitation Program, Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District, in order to (i) expand the scope of services to provide for additional design services associated with the project, (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount by $299,057, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $2,298,409, payable pursuant to an approved budget, and (iii) extend the term of the Agreement, from 12/31/2026- 12/31/2030.
