Planning - Authorized to amend its agreement with the Housing Action Council, Inc. to provide marketing and property management services for certain properties approved for purchase by the County, to (i) increase the not-to-exceed amount of $2,952,934 by $100,000 for an aggregate not to exceed amount of $3,052,934, and (ii) retroactively extend the term of the agreement from 12/31/2025 to 12/31/2026.
