DPW/Transportation - Authority to (i) exercise the two 2 year renewal option for Contract No. 22-214 with Environmental Maintenance Contractors, Inc., Mount Kisco, NY to provide Environmental Abatement Services, Various County Facilities, Westchester County, New York and extend the termination date of the Agreement from 4/30/2026 to 4/30/2028, and (ii) increase the amount of the Agreement by $452,500 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $1,256,250.
