Social Services - (1.) Rescind Resolution ID No. 109533 approved on 7/18/24 which amended Resolution ID No 107747 approved on 3/28/24 and authorized the County of Westchester to retroactively enter into an additional Safe Harbour agreement with Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship, Inc. for the provision of three equine therapeutic workshops for Safe Harbour youth commencing on 7/1/24 - 12/31/24, in an amount not to exceed $3,000, and reduce the amount of grant funds retained by the County from a not-to-exceed amount of $19,585 to a new not to exceed amount of $16,585 and (2.) amend Resolution ID No. 107747 approved on 3/28/24 in order to authorize the County of Westchester to retroactively enter into an additional agreement with Twin Lakes Farm, Inc. for the provision of four equine therapeutic workshops for Safe Harbour youth, commencing on 10/1/24 - 12/31/24, in an amount not to exceed $3,000 and (3.) reduce the amount of the grant funds retained by the County from a not-to-exceed amou...
