Social Services - Enter into an agreement (DSS7006-25) with Hillside Food Outreach, Inc. to provide the County preparation and delivery services of monthly nutritional support to eligible low-income, homebound residents of Westchester County who cannot access food pantries, and also residents of Westchester County who can access food pantries, but are not consistently able to access food that is specific to their medical needs, for the period from 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an amount not to exceed $165,600.
