Planning - Enter into an agreement with the Housing Action Council, Inc., pursuant to which they will provide technical assistance to not-for-profit organizations, municipalities and housing boards to develop fair & affordable housing developments and programs, in an amount not to exceed $138,689, for a term beginning 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026.
