College - Extend an agreement with Ivy.Ai, Inc. for the provision of Chatbot services including 24/7 automated AI generated answers to questions from current and potential students about the College, for a term commencing on 6/1/22 - 5/31/24, at a cost of $71,035, in order to extend the term of the agreement for the period from 6/1/24 - 5/31/25, at the previously agreed upon cost of $33,368.
