DEF - Exercise the 2 year renewal option for Contract No. EF-2403 with ThermoDynamics Corp., Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, for the provision of Boiler Maintenance and Repairs at Various Locations of the Department of Environmental Facilities, Westchester County, New York, and thereby: a.) increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement by an additional amount not-to-exceed $262,890, for a new total amount not-to-exceed $525,780; and b.) extend the termination date of the Agreement from 5/31/2026 to 5/31/2028.
