Community Mental Health - 1) Amend the existing Grant Agreement No. NY0488L2T042417 with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"), to accept a grant in the amount of $13,836,013 under the HUD's Continuum of Care Competition and Noncompetitive Award of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program - Rental Assistance Project, for a term from 3/1/25 - 2/28/26, in order to extend the term thereof for an additional period commencing on 3/1/25 - 5/31/26; and 2) amend the original six (6) sub-recipient agreements with the agencies listed, each for the period from 3/1/25 - 2/28/26, in order to extend the term thereof for an additional period commencing on 3/1/26 - 5/31/26 and to modify the total not to exceed amounts set forth under such agreements.
