Board of Elections - To defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners of any and all facilities to be used by the County in connection with conducting voter registration days in connection with the upcoming 20204 Presidential Election, by agreeing: "the County of Westchester agrees that, except for the amount, if any, of damage contributed to, caused by or resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of the Facility Owner, the County shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Facility Owner from any and all liability loss, claims, or actions, (including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) for bodily injury, or damage to property, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the County's use of the facility to conduct local registration days for the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election."
