Planning - Amend an agreement with the Village of Sleepy Hollow, pursuant to which the Village will perform a drainage improvement project on Valley Street to benefit low-and moderate-income residents of the area, for a term commencing on 2/14/25 through 2/13/26, for an amount not to exceed $200,000 in Community Development Block Grant funding in order to extend the expiration date of the Agreement from 2/13/26 to 2/13/27.
