DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 22-913, with Environmental Design & Research, Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, D.P.C., an WBE firm, Syracuse, NY, be amended to provide additional Environmental Studies and Feasibility Studies for various projects, for a fee of $2,000,000, bringing the total agreement plus amendment to $4,000,000 and the completion date of the agreement shall be extended from 8/14/25 - 8/14/27.
