Emergency Services – Amend agreement with Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. for disaster recovery and hazard mitigation services to: (i) increase the not to exceed amount of the First Option Term by $60,000; and (ii) exercise the First Option Term, (a) extending the expiration date of the contract to 11/27/2027 and (b) increasing the not to exceed amount by $145,000 to pay for services during the extended term.
