Social Services – (i) Fourth amendment to a grant agreement with the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance to accept $3,029,553 through the Rental Supplement Program, for the term commencing retroactively on 4/1/2026 – 3/31/2027; (ii) and enter into a Fourth Option Term agreement with Community Housing Innovations, Inc., amending the contract to (a) extend the term to 3/31/2027 and (b) increase the not to exceed amount by $3,029,553 for services provided during the extended term.
