Probation - Enter into an agreement with Jail Solutions, LLC, pursuant to which Jail Solutions, LLC, through its principal Leandro Diaz, will serve as a consultant to the Department in connection with the new 80 bed juvenile secure/specialized secure detention build, as well as provide consultation, training, and support services to the Department of Correction to ensure best practice and compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act, for a term commencing on 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, in an amount not to exceed $140,000, payable at the rate of $250 per hour.
