Senior Programs and Services - Agreements with the New York State Office for the Aging to accept grant funds in a amount not to exceed $4,064,294, to provide various support services for the elderly under Titles III-B, III-C & the Nutrition Services Incentive Program, III-D, and III-E of the Older Americans Act, for terms commencing retroactively on 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026, with the exception of the NSIP Grant Agreement, which will commence retroactively on 10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026.
