Title: Health - Further amend a 3/12/2026 Resolution which authorized the County to enter into an agreement with St. John's Riverside Hospital to provide the Maternal & Child Health Partnership Pilot Initiative Program to address and improve Black maternal and child health outcomes and reduce racial health inequities in the County, in order to (i) remove a previously authorized subcontractor; (ii) authorize new subcontractors; and (iii) due to the removal of said subcontractor and authorization of new ones, re-distribute the funds allocated.
