DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 23-934 with Perkins Eastman Architects, D.P.C. , New York, NY, be amended to provide for architectural/schematic design services and engineering services in connection with the Labs and Research Facility Rehabilitation and Upgrade, Grasslands Campus, Valhalla, New York, for a proposal fee of $3,400,000, increasing the total maximum fee to $3,894,944 and that the completion date of the agreement shall be extended to 12/31/30. Approval of the seven (7) subconsultants.
