Board of Legislators - Pursuant to Section 3(a)(xxi) of the Westchester County Procurement Policy and Procedures, to exempt from procurement an agreement with the African American Chamber of Commerce of Hudson Valley Inc., for the provision of providing a variety of programs for children and adults that foster economic empowerment, education and community engagement, for a term commencing retroactively on 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
