Probation - Exercise the first option under agreement with Together for Youth, for services to provide and operate a non-secure juvenile detention site and program for up to four (4) youths, and thereby extend the term of the agreement by one (1) year for a term from 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 and increase its authorized not-to-exceed amount by $863,791.
