Social Services - Enter into an agreement with the New York State Industries for the Disabled ("NYSID") for document scanning and indexing services for DSS for the three (3) year period, commencing retroactively on 9/16/25 - 9/15/28, for a total amount not to exceed $3,014,715.34, with the County in its sole discretion, having the option to extend the term of the agreement for up to two (2) one (1) year periods thereafter, at the rate of $1,065,957.47 in the first year, and $1,098,104.87 in the second year, upon the same terms and conditions. Approval of Ability Beyond Disability, Inc., and MetaSource, LLC, as subcontractors.
