Health - Enter into a State Private Well PFAS Testing and Mitigation Rebate Program through a Participation Agreement with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation to seek disbursements from the PFAS Testing Program Fund to reimburse property owners for eligible costs of private well system projects, in the maximum aggregate amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000, subject to allowable reimbursement guidelines, for a term commencing retroactively on 12/31/2025 - 12/31/2031.
