DPW/Transportation - Enter into a second amendment to its sublease agreement with Westchester County Health Care Corporation for a portion of Cedarwood Hall, for a term commencing retroactively on 4/1/2025 - 12/31/2026 in which the County will pay an annual rent of $966,455 and enter into a second amendment to its sublease agreement with the Westchester Institute for Human Development, in which they will pay the County fair market value rent of $2,352,766.72 annually, plus an additional yearly $4,560, representing the cost of medical waste removal, for a total rent of $2,357,326.72.
