Health - (i) Enter into a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with 280 Dobbs Ferry Road, Gem, LLC, and AltaVista Lead Improvement, Inc., the Contractor, to perform lead remediation services on the property located at 461 Riverdale Avenue, Apt. 2D, 3J, 5C, Yonkers, NY in accordance the New York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon execution of the agreement through 3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $120,000; and (ii) Enter into a Local Program Administrator Agreement with the Participant to provide an amount not to exceed $120,000 to assist with the direct costs of lead remediation, as well as any eligible related costs, in exchange for which a Declaration of Interest secured as a recorded lien on the property.
