Information Technology - Amend Agreement No. IT-1579 with Cellco Partnership, a Delaware general partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless, for cellular telephone and wireless data services, for the period commencing on 9/16/19 and continuing until the termination date of New York State Office of General Services contract PS68692, for a total amount not-to-exceed $3,600,000, payable monthly and as otherwise required by PS68692, by increasing the amount by $9,200,000, to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $12,800,000, in order to pay for the Services during the full term of the agreement.
