Social Services - 1) Rescinding a 7/18/24 resolution, which provided authority to enter into an agreement with BNF Consulting, Inc., pursuant to which it was to provide housing quality standards inspections and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments for properties that may participate in the County's 'Emergency Housing Assistance Program', and 2) Authority to enter into an agreement with Altavista Lead Improvement Inc., pursuant to which it will provide housing quality standards inspections and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments for properties that may participate in the County's 'Emergency Housing Assistance Program', for the period from 11/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $44,250, with the County having the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods on the same terms as the initial term, except for costs.
