DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 21-913 with KS Engineers, P.C., Newburgh, NY, be amended to provide for additional engineering services in connection with the Rehabilitation of Louisa Street Bridge over Hudson Division Railroad (BIN 2262400), City of Peekskill, New York. The Consultant shall provide construction administration services associated with this project and for the additional services rendered, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of $1,087,094, increasing the total maximum fee to $1,313,833; and that the completion date of the agreement shall be extended to 12/31/28.
