County Executive/Office of Economic Development - Enter into an agreement with Weve Acceleration, Inc. d/b/a Quay Acceleration, to develop and launch the following for OED: (1) a cohort-based entrepreneurship program, (2) two community platforms for OED to attract, assemble and connect entrepreneurs and investors, and (3) a sponsorship program designed to secure corporate and business partners in order to generate sponsorship revenue, in an amount not to exceed $300,000 for a term commencing retroactively on 1/1/2026- 12/31/2026.
