Title: District Attorney - Amend an agreement with Data Vision Group, LLC ("DVG"), pursuant to which DVG was to provide custom programming and implementation for future enhancements to the enterprise case management system, of the Office of the Westchester County District Attorney, with such enhancements to be provided if and as requested by the DA's Office, for a period commencing upon execution and continuing for three (3) years thereafter, payable at an hourly rate for services actually performed, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $14,449, from an amount not-to-exceed $159,120 to a new total of $173,569.
