County Executive/Office for Women - (i) Amend a grant agreement with the New York State Office of Indigent Legal Services for the Upstate Model Family Representation Office to extend the termination date from 3/31/2027 to 12/31/2027 and increase the not to exceed amount by $1,139,583 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $3,750,000; and (ii) amend an agreement with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley for legal representation to parents in child protective proceedings under New York Family Court Act, Article 10, and termination of parental rights proceedings to improve the quality of services provided under Article 18-B to the termination date from 3/31/2027 to 12/31/2027 and increase the not to exceed amount by $1,139,583 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $3,750,000.
