County Executive/Youth Bureau - Amend an agreement with The Loft: The Lesbian and Gay Community Services Center, Inc., for services to provide tobacco education programs to LGBTQ+ youths, for the period from 11/1/23 - 10/31/24, by, 1) extending the term by two (2) months, to a new expiration date of 12/31/24, without any increase in its existing $35,000 not-to-exceed amount; and 2) correcting the name of the contractor within the agreement.
